What we collect
When you request a consultation, you enter a business website, your name, a phone number or email, and a day and time. If you open the form from a specific service or story, we also keep that topic so we know what you want to talk about.
The site does not ask you to register and does not create user accounts.
The AI voice demos are recordings we made in advance. The site does not record your voice and does not turn on your microphone.
The team profile pages show details the people themselves provided for publication: name, role, phone, email and a LinkedIn profile.
The hosting provider processes technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and time, in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
Form data is used only to arrange and hold the consultation you asked for, and to reply to you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps before a contract, taken at your request.
Technical request data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in running a working and secure website.
We do not send marketing newsletters and we do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
When an external calendar is connected to the form, the data is kept by that provider for the duration of the appointment and the follow-up, and for no longer than 12 months, unless the law requires a longer period.
When no external calendar is connected, what you type into the form stays in your browser for the current visit and is not sent to our server.
Who we share it with
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., United States. The provider processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages.
If an external calendar is connected for choosing a time, the form data is passed to that provider so it can book the meeting. Which provider it is can be seen inside the calendar itself.
We do not share data with advertising networks.
Transfers outside the EU
Vercel processes requests on infrastructure outside the European Union. The transfer relies on appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, including standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
To use these rights, email office@fido.bg. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
